The top 10 states by cases per capita over the last 7 days are Michigan (79), Rhode Island (44), New Jersey (41), Minnesota (37), Pennsylvania (37), Delaware (36), New York (35), Connecticut (34), New Hampshire (32), and Colorado (31).
Michigan leads the country in daily average cases over the last 7 days at 7,863, daily average cases per capita over the last 7 days at 79, and currently accounts for more than 10% of all cases in the U.S..
The cases per capita over the last 7 days for the states that lifted restrictions are lower, led by Florida (30), Iowa (16), Montana (15), Texas (13), Missouri (11), and Oklahoma (9).
